N-648 requires certification by an eligible medical professional
The disability-exception certification must be completed by an eligible licensed medical doctor, doctor of osteopathy or clinical psychologist under the USCIS instructions. Asal does not diagnose a disability, determine an exception or certify the medical form. We can discuss a limited records or translation task separately.

Government fees and professional responsibilities
Check the official N-648 page for the current edition, fee, filing method and agency notices. A listed Asal preparation fee is a private service charge. Do not assume a fee waiver, reduced agency charge or open filing period applies to you.
