Our promise
Consultations are free. Before paid work begins, we explain the flat preparation fee for the forms you ask us to prepare. Government filing fees paid to USCIS or other agencies are never part of Asal's service fee and are not refundable by Asal.
Money-back guarantee
If we make a preparation error in the documents we prepared — for example, we entered information differently from what you provided and the packet must be corrected because of that error — contact us promptly. We will correct the packet at no additional preparation charge, or refund the unused portion of our service fee when correction is not practical.
What is not covered
- USCIS or consular denials, delays, RFEs, or interview outcomes
- Changes in eligibility, law, fees, or form editions after you file
- Incomplete or incorrect information you provided to us
- Documents or translations obtained from third parties
- Cases where you later choose a different filing strategy
