We help prepare USCIS forms using the information you provide, organize supporting documents into an application packet, coordinate certified translations when needed, verify current government filing information from official sources, and help you organize case notices after submission. We explain our document-preparation process clearly in Somali, Arabic, or English.

We do not provide legal advice, legal strategy, or representation before USCIS or immigration court. We do not advise on eligibility, waivers, appeals, deportation defense, or complex legal issues. For those situations, you need a licensed immigration attorney.

No. USCIS government filing fees are separate from our service fee. We check the current official government fee information with you before submission. We never collect government fees on your behalf.

Most application packets are ready within 24-48 hours after we receive all required documents from you. Cases requiring certified translations or more complex document organization may take longer. We give you a preparation timeline during your consultation.

USCIS processing times vary by form type, filing category, office or service center, and workload. They are outside our control. Check current processing times on USCIS.gov and use your receipt notice for case-specific tracking.

If USCIS accepts the filing, it generally issues a receipt notice with a case number. The timing varies. Depending on the form and case, USCIS may later schedule biometrics, request additional evidence (RFE), schedule an interview, or issue another notice. Follow the instructions and dates on each USCIS notice.
