Non-attorney services

Asal Immigration Services is a non-attorney immigration support service operated by Asal Multi-Services LLC. We are not attorneys and are not authorized to practice law. We do not provide legal advice, explanations, opinions, or recommendations about legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, or strategies. We help with USCIS forms, application packets, translations, and case support based on information you provide. For legal advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information and documents
• Review every form carefully before signing
• Verify current USCIS fees, form editions, and filing addresses on official government sites
• Meet government deadlines for your own case
• Consult a licensed immigration attorney for legal advice or complex cases

Fees

Our document-preparation fees are quoted before work begins and are separate from USCIS or Department of State government fees. Government fees are paid to the government, not retained by Asal as legal fees.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee USCIS approval, processing times, or any immigration outcome. Government agencies make all eligibility and case decisions.

Limitation of liability
